1 General Provisions

4abet ("Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online betting and casino service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the website, mobile version and all services on the platform.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes automatically constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are therefore encouraged to visit this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account and use services on 4abet, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may request a copy of a valid ID at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, you must confirm the following:

2.3 Identity Verification

3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact customer support immediately.

3.2 Account Ownership

Transferring, selling or allowing any other person to use a 4abet account is strictly prohibited. The balance and bonuses held in an account are applicable solely for use by the account holder.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4abet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account automatically once verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests typically take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
• If additional documents are requested for verification, please submit them promptly.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on 4abet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The Company does not charge its own transaction fees; however, the payment service provider may have their own fees for which the Company is not responsible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To claim this bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳300. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 10 (ten) times the combined bonus and deposit amount must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — placing bets on ineligible games may void wagering progress.
• Multiple accounts or members of the same household cannot claim bonuses from the same device.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses are generally valid for a set period from the date of issue — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Program

4abet has three VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, the Silver tier offers 1.0%, and the Gold tier offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or relocated, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules. If the event does not resume within 48 hours, the bet is generally considered void and the original stake is refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. Game outcomes cannot be influenced or predicted in any way. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the Company will review the matter and take appropriate action.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain bonus advantages in any way that violates bonus terms ("bonus abuse").
• Money laundering, fraud or any unlawful financial activity.
• Betting or gaming using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or security.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account details.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by intentionally providing false information.
• Colluding with other players in betting or gaming ("collusion").

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is not sold to third parties. However, the Company may be legally obligated to provide information in response to a valid request from law enforcement authorities.

9 Limitation of Liability

The 4abet platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Company will not be liable for:

• Disruption to gameplay caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses caused by technical errors in third-party software or game providers.
• Losses resulting from the disclosure of a user's own account credentials.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

The Company's maximum liability will in no event exceed the actual deposited funds in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Company Rights

In the event of any breach of these terms, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice. In such cases, legitimately earned balances will be returned, though bonus balances may be cancelled.

10.2 Closure at User Request

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please contact the customer support team first. After a complaint is submitted, the Company will investigate the matter within a reasonable time and notify you of its decision.

In disputes regarding game outcomes, the game server log records will be considered final evidence. The Company's decision on bonus or payment disputes will be considered final, unless a clear error is evident from the evidence.

12 Changes to Terms

4abet reserves the right to amend, modify or update these terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
